The wife of alleged Ponzi scheme accuser Ken Starr has claimed that Wesley Snipes has hired private investigators to follow the her in order to get evidence to clears him of tax charges. According to The New York Post, Dianne Passage -- who is also a stripper, said, "I was leaving, and I noticed two men trailing behind me. They stood out because they were wearing dark suits on a 90-degree day. They followed me for a block and a half, then I lost them because they were sweating so much. They contacted my doorman and my attorney, and said they wanted information that might help Snipes."
She continued, "He was a client of Starr in 2000 but before I met my husband. I have nothing to do with his taxes."
Starr testified against the actor even though he was busted for running a $60 million Ponzi scheme.
And while Snipes is appealing his 2008 conviction for failing to pay $12 million in taxes, he wants a retrial on the grounds that the jury didn't know Starr was being investigated for the Ponzi scheme.
