MEL B AND HUBBY SPOTTED OUT TOGETHER IN L.A.

Mel B and her hubby Stephen Belafonte were spotted having dinner in L.A -- just one day after reports said that they were headed for a divorce, According to Theybf.com, the two were spotted out at Katsuya on Sunday night (August 29th) after the UK Mirror reported that Stephen is ready to call off the marriage. According to newspaper, Stephen has allegedly spoken to lawyers about a divorce -- and friends close to the couple have said that the relationship has been on the rocks for months.

A friend of Mel's has said, "They've not been happy for a long time and there's been rowing. Mel's been talking about getting out. They're still talking to see if things can be worked out. But she's making plans to come back to the UK on a more permanent basis. Stephen hasn't been mentioned as joining her and has been consulting lawyers."

The source revealed that the problem between Stephen and Mel is jealousy. The source said, "They are both livid when the other one gets attention for another person. They constantly want to know where the other one is . . . it's been an ongoing problem right from the start."

Reports say that this could be a publicity stunt for Mel's upcoming reality show: Mel B: It's a Scary World, which debuts this Sunday, September 5th at 9pm on The Style Network.
