COMEDIAN ROBERT SCHIMMEL DIES IN CAR ACCIDENT

A comedian best known for his work on "The Howard Stern Show" has died from injuries he received in a car accident August 26th.  Robert Schimmel's public relations firm says the 60-year-old man died in a hospital in Phoenix, Arizona last night.  Schimmel was a passenger in a car driven by his 19-year-old daughter who had lost control of her car when she swerved to avoid another accident.  Schimmel's 11-year-old son was also in the car and was uninjured.  His daughter was hospitalized after the crash but is expected to recover.
