REPORT: DEMI MOORE IS IN REHAB

Demi Moore is reportedly seeking treatment at a celebrity rehab favorite, Utah's Cirque Lodge. Although Moore hasn't been seen since her January 23rd hospitalization, E! reported that she recently checked into Cirque to receive professional help.

A source told E!, "She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people." The insider claims she's getting treatment for addiction and an eating disorder.

This isn't Demi's first rehab stint; she got professional help back in the '80s for drug and alcohol abuse.

DEMI'S DAUGTHER CELEBRATES 18TH BIRTHDAY

Meanwhile, Demi's daughter Tallulah celebrated her 18th birthday on Friday at the home of her dad, Bruce Willis. E! reported that Demi and Bruce's youngest daughter was the center of attention at a low-key bash, to which she wore a tiara, white tank top and cutoff jean shorts.

Sources say that Tallulah's relationship with her mom has been difficult lately. Insiders revealed, "Things have been strained between Demi and daughter Scout and Tallulah for a long time. For a while, Ashton Kutcher was acting as the primary parent because Demi was so out of control."
