SELMA BLAIR JOINS CHARLIE SHEEN'S 'ANGER MANAGEMENT'

Selma Blair has joined the cast of Charlie Sheen's new sitcom, Anger Management. The actress will play Sheen's therapist, Kate, "a character described as beautiful, if a bit neurotic."

PerezHilton.com further dished on Blair's role: "As his former team psychologist, she helped Sheen's Charlie control his anger. Now, she is both his friend and his therapist with benefits."

Shawnee Smith has also been cast in the FX series, as Sheen's ex-wife. According to sources, "Smith will play Charlie's ex-wife Jennifer, a role billed as a sexy woman who doesn't exactly have it together. Married young, she never found an identity outside of Charlie. They divorced after he spent years cheating on her, but they remain close and are raising their teen daughter together."
