Miley Cyrus' mother is legally changing her name just as Miley did back in 2008. According to TMZ.com, mom's official name is Leticia Finley Cyrus, but she says she's been known as Tish "for as long as she can remember."

The site obtained documents that she filed last week requesting that her name be legally changed to Tish Finley Cyrus.

Miley officially changed her name from Destiny Hope Cyrus to Miley Ray Cyrus back in 2008.
