FORMER BODYGUARD ACCUSES BRITNEY SPEARS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT, ABUSE

A bodyguard who quit working for Britney Spears back in June has reportedly made good on his promise to sue the singer for sexual harassment. TMZ has obtained a copy of the suit in which Fernando Flores claims Britney made "repeated and unwanted sexual advances" by exposing herself in front of him at her house.

Flores claims that on one occasion Britney flashed him. The suit alleges, "She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by Flores, intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to Flores . . . The incident caused Flores shock and disgust."

In another instance, Britney reportedly called Flores to her room where he found her naked. The suit says, "After an awkward silence during which Britney just stood naked before Flores, Flores asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked Flores to get her two bottles of 7 Up."

The suit also claims, "In addition to exposing herself to Flores, Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of Flores." Britney allegedly said to Flores during one of the exposing incidents, "You know you liked it."

BODYGUARD ALLEGES BRITNEY SPEARS ABUSED HER KIDS

Flores also claims that Britney has physically abused her sons. One time, the suit claims, Britney asked Flores for his belt, then allegedly "savagely hit the small child Preston." The suit also alleges that she fed the two boys crabmeat knowing that they had fish allergies then prevented anyone from seeking medical help when the boys started vomiting. She allegedly told onlookers, "Mind your own f**king business."

According to TMZ, Flores contacted the local Department of Children and Family Services who investigated and concluded that the claim had no merit.
