During Lady Gaga's performance on Tuesday night (September 7th), the singer stopped mid-song to break up a fight in the audience. In a video posted on YouTube, Gaga says, "Stop the music," looked out into the audience and added, "Stop fighting. Do not fight at this show."
She continued, "Is she okay? Are they both okay? I don't know who hit who." She apologized to the audience for stopping the show and added, "I just don't want you to fight. This is all about love . . . and happiness."

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals are not pleased with Gaga wearing raw beef as her latest fashion statement on the cover of Vogue Japan. PETA president Ingrid Newkirk said, "No matter how beautifully it is presented, flesh from a tortured animal is flesh from a tortured animal. Meat represents bloody violence and suffering, so if that's the look they were going for, they achieved it."
Newkirk told the Daily News, "Lady Gaga's job is to do outlandish things, and this certainly qualifies as outlandish because meat is something you want to avoid putting on or in your body."
