July 19, 1989 was a day of tragedy and heroism. United Airlines Flight 232, a massive DC-10 airliner carrying 296 people, crashed at the Sioux Gateway Airport in Sioux City, IA.
The crash will be featured on the show "I Survived.." on the BIO Channel at 8pm on Sunday night July 19th.

Jill Hennessy is a singer/songwriter. Did you know that? I didn't. Her new album "Ghost In My Head" came out on Tuesday. You can get it at Amazon.com. I dig it, it's pretty good!
You probably would know Jill best from her days on Law & Order and most recently on Crossing Jordan (she was Jordan), and also played Tim Allen's wife in the move "Wild Hogs".
She's pretty down to earth and was a lot of fun to talk to... check out the interview...
Nia Vardalos, who you probably know best from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding," called in today and chatted about her new movie "My Life In Ruins."
She also talked excitedly about her newly adopted daughter, how you can adopt a child for free, and our favorite Richard Dreyfuss lines from Jaws.
Check out the interview...
She opens up case #15 on Deal or No Deal. The season finale is on tonight at 7pm on NBC.
Does she practice her "fake frown" when she's trying to dupe contestants?
Have they ever NOT aired a contestant cause they were boring?
What is this movie called "I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell" she's in?
All the answers are in the interview. Listen to it here.

One of my favorite new shows on TV right now is "Southland." I'm also a huge fan of "Band of Brothers," which was on HBO back in 2001. So I was pretty stoked to talk to Michael Cudlitz, who is in both of those shows.
You can check out previous episodes of "Southland" on Hulu.
Check out my interview with Michael.
