Empire Mall in Sioux Falls to Lose Clothing Store

The Empire Mall in Sioux Falls looks to be losing another long-time store. It was announced Thursday that clothing retailer Rue 21 will be closing all its stores.

Rue 21 has a store in the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls and one in Rapid City.

The company said it will be declaring Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The plan is to liquidate all the stores and sell the brand.
